“I have plantar fasciitis and capsulitis. Trying to ice my foot with the water bottle and/or a freezer bag filled with ice was a pain and you can't get your whole foot at once. This product is awesome. You take it out of the freezer and slip it on. Your whole foot is being iced at the same time saving a ton of time. It stays in place, so no readjusting. The sock is really comfortable and if you don't want to ice a certain spot you can take the freezer pack out. It comes with 2 socks and 2 sets of freezer packs. I only have a problem with 1 foot so I always have the 2nd in the freezer ready to go.”
